The renovation is underway!!!!
Step One - remove junk cars Supposedly these beauties (there is Ford Taurus completely covered in brush) have been in the backyard for more than 10 years....needless to say the neighbors are stoked.
Step Two - clean out inside The place has an interesting history from what we have learned. The interior is littered with photo albums, old furniture, and books dating back 50-60 years. Two refrigerators, both filled with rotting produce were also left behind. Following the removal of trash, debris, and furniture, the interior of the house will be gutted and restored. When completed, all three fireplaces will be restored and everything will have a fresh coat of paint. It is anticipated that the project will take between 8-10 weeks to complete.
